[1] The availability of the Mercedes me connect and Mmc services varies between vehicles, models and equipment. Selected Mmc services are available free of charge for a period of three (3) years from the first date of activation with an eligible vehicle. Use of the Mmc services is subject to terms and conditions and requires the user to the download the associated app(s) on a compatible mobile device. The user at all times remains solely responsible for ensuring that the services are used in accordance with all applicable laws (including road rules) and, where applicable, for maintaining proper control of the vehicle, ensuring safety and monitoring the driving environment. Whilst MBAuP shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide an uninterrupted experience, we cannot guarantee ongoing or uninterrupted supply noting that such services may subject to interruption, change, discontinuance or limitations. In some circumstances, specific features or services may no longer be able to be supplied or will need to be supplied in a different form (eg where there is a change to our third party service providers on which a feature or service relies; where there is a regulatory change or change in law affecting the feature or service; or where, in our reasonable discretion, we amend or replace the feature or service). We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes where they materially affect the services you receive. [2] The use of this service requires one of the following items of optional equipment: ENERGIZING Package (PBP), ENERGIZING Package Plus (PBR).
[3] Map updates can only be downloaded from the customer portal and must be installed manually. Map updates do not occur automatically in Australia.
[4] The Mercedes-Benz emergency call system is automatically activated permanently for your safety. All other Mercedes me connect services are only activated upon your request.
